In my 30 years as an HR Executive and Coach, I’ve found that people related issues are at the center of virtually every organizational challenge. Utilizing a hands-on approach called The Middle Way, I help organizations and individuals master the “people issues” so they can focus on the results they want to achieve. In a nutshell, The Middle Way is a path to growing in emotional intelligence both professionally and personally, providing us with the necessary skills to deal with even the most difficult or complex personalities with less stress. Humans are naturally wired to either abandon (withdraw) or abuse (emote) when under stress, but the principles of The Middle Way focus on understanding where we fall on that spectrum and finding balance between the two extremes in order to hone influence skills and produce high performing teams.I don't just coach around these principles. I have successfully implemented them in a corporate setting and have experienced first-hand the transformational impact on the business through right fit hiring, reduced turnover, more engaged and happy employees, along with greater results and better succession planning. It is now my passion to help others discover how implementing Middle Way principles can positively impact business growth and reduce both professional and personal stress.
