I lead a team providing UX/CX consulting services for all clients in the agency. We deliver analysis, content strategies, audits, customer/user journey, workshops, wireframes, prototypes and copywriting. We are passionate about user research and user testing.

My role was to establish and lead Content Services. Our team delivered copywriting, content strategies, online PR, style guides, content workshops, and other services to our clients. We created content for large corporate portals, SME websites, applications, newsletters, social media, and other channels. I also managed projects on the client side, e.g. for bank and telecommunications companies. Within a few months our long term client capacities were maximized and we were running one of the most effectively utilized services in the agency.

As a freelancer, I created web content for various companies. While I maintained my own client base, most projects were for clients of Dobrý web agency, the oldest specialized online marketing agency in the Czech Republic. As the agency’s founding copywriter, I successfully established Copywriting department. I worked closely with the UX + SEO team on redesign projects ranging in scope from small to the largest brands.

I have written more than 100 articles and analyses for Lupa.cz, an expert-focused website specializing in telecommunications and the Internet in the Czech Republic. Lupa.cz is one of the first sites of its kind to be launched in the Czech Republic. My writing focused on trends in online marketing and media, user behavior, startups, and business. I produced unique analyses, interviews, and stories for the growing Internet market.
