CurrentHigh Point Village strives to be a residential community that challenges individuals with functional disabilities to achieve their full potential through educational, vocational, social and spiritual growth.The ultimate goal for High Point Village is to be an outstanding living community for adults with special needs where they can live safely and as independently as possible among their peers. High Point will be a place where they can live, learn, work, and socialize in a supported environment so they can have the quality of life they desire and deserve. High Point will also be a support system to the families and caregivers of our villagers and an asset to the Lubbock community.High Point Enrichment Center’s Purpose is: To provide community programs and services which empower individuals with special needs to become valued citizens to their community’s spiritual, social and economic development. Fulfilling this mission requires education, skills, work activity programs, and residential facilities and services. To fulfill this purpose, High Point Village:1) provides programs and activities to enrich the lives of our clientele and their caregivers.2) is a referral source that helps families in the West Texas Panhandle region learn about and obtain assistance for their functionally challenged individual and plan for his or her future needs.3) will establish a first class residential community for individuals with special needs.
