Led the daily operations of the Abbotsford Police 911 Centre, comprised of over 30 staff who handle both emergency and non emergency calls from the public. Implemented standardized training and assessments, analyzed staffing data to ensure service requirements were met, built business case for supervisory positions, created the job descriptions, and hired incumbents into the roles. Addressed critical service delivery issues, coached and mentored staff.

Successfully oversaw the physical relocation of several police and fire communication centers to the consolidated platform at E-Comm.
