I supported them to creation of the Edge brand and CI and define supporting collateral including website architecture, social media strategy copywriting of company profiles and translation.Enterprise Room 2020 - PresentEnterprise Room is a transformation and business growth consultancy that delivers corporate ESD, BBBEE and social impact initiatives. I supported ER with a re-brand and CI refresh, with SMME campaigns, hosted ESD workshops for SMMEs and developed and implemented a marketing strategy for them.Cross the Divide 2022 - PresentCross the Divide is a not for profit organisation that runs a range of community, care and rehabilitation programmes in Ward 90, Johannesburg. I supported CTD on a volunteer basis to create their brand and CI as well as marketing assets and funder/donor communications. My responsibilities and achievements: - Implementation of HubSpot CRM with an active database of 14,000 contacts. Maintaining a clean marketing database; of over 72,000 emails sent in 2022 we achieved a 97% delivery success rate, a 20% open rate and an 18% click through rate - with an astonishingly low 0.2% unsubscribe rate and a 0% spam report rate. - I led the design and implementation of Harambee's first Sharepoint Intranet, migrating 400+ staff from various different cloud collaboration tools to a central Sharepoint Microsoft 365 environment- I held the creative vision in the creation and administration of Harambee's new website as well as websites for our SA Youth and DigiLink brands - Ownership of social media channels with a following of 700,000+, including management of the team responsible for the 3M3W campaign that impacted over 3 million youth during the Covid pandemic - Ownership of content management and production space for the groundbreaking sayouth.mobi site which supports over 4 million South African youth- Working with HR managers to refine our recruitment value proposition and support a 15% increase in hires - Change Champions Shadow Board Member actively consulting on culture policy and execution (2020-Present)
