As acting CFO, lead the integration effort of financial systems and processes into the Ingersoll Rand business as well as the 2009 Long Range Planning and Annual Operating plan process during a market down turn and stressed economic conditions. Served in this capacity for one year.

Directed finances for $2B multi-plant division with plants and sales offices located in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Identified opportunities for increased efficiency, and orchestrated the implementation and integration of financial systems. Involved in structuring transactions for acquisitions and divestitures. Payrolls covered 4,000+ employees in 36 states with 3 major union contract payrolls. - Responsible for the payroll operation, accounting, forecasting and analysis of both payroll and benefit accounts. - Created many auditing routines to prevent overpayment of employees, inaccurate benefit census reporting, saving the company ~$100K/year.
