The goal of our team at Jet Reports Benelux is to ensure that partners and by extension customers have success with the implementation and use of Jet Reports products, to help them get better and faster insight in their business.

A wide range of skills, including Navision Implementation, C/AL editing, Sharepoint, Tradepoint, BI, BA, ASP, etc, some newly accuired and some yet to accuire, are needed to meet the customer's needs.

Being part of a two-headed 2nd line support team, my knowledge of the supply chains and procedures of several customers, allong with my extensive practical & technical knowledge of the ERP system were my key assets. Analisys, testing and passing knowledge were my main tasks.

Managing a stock of over 900 pallets, 7600m², from start-up to stable running. Managing cycle counts and continuous improvement were my main tasks. Also, managing the users, EDI, pickings and all ERP-related tasks.

A very wide range of computer skills were required, including network setups, computer configuration,... I also gave the website an update, as well as developing artwork for their own computer-series ("Pointer"). Wich is, as of today, still in use.
