At 23 I made the decision to shift away from my initial career choice as a primary teacher. This moment set the stage for a series of career twists and turns. Over the years, I've worn various hats, from ESL Teacher ➡️ Education Recruiter ➡️ Employment Consultant ➡️ Rehabilitation Counsellor. I upskilled in career counselling in 2021 and fully embraced my non-linear career.My strengths lie in helping:• School students, school leavers and those in their early career • Individuals with congenital or acquired disabilities, injuries and chronic health conditions• People following spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury • Neurodivergent individuals; ADHD, AutismMy personal and parenting journey involves navigating mental health challenges and understanding neurodiversity. This has shaped my strengths-based , neuro-affirming approach.
