Reframe Careers helps people going through career transitions to discover hope and take meaningful action.
Our team consists of qualified Rehabilitation Counsellors and Career Counsellors who are skilled in "meeting people where they are at".
A career transition could be a move from school to work or study, from one job/speciality/direction to another. Or it can simply be moving from being unemployed to employed.
We support:
• Year 11/12 students
• School leavers / young adults aged 18-25
• Mid-career professionals and executives
• Neurodivergent individuals; ADHD, Autism
• Individuals with congenital or acquired disabilities, injuries and chronic health conditions
Referrals are welcome from Psychologists, parents, NDIS support coordinators, Lifetime Care case managers/co-ordinators and ADHD coaches.
We are experienced in working with people following spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury.
We work with self-funded clients as well as within NDIS plans and the Lifetime Care scheme.
