She formerly served as chairperson of MyIBA from 2012-2013. MyIBA (formerly YoungIBA) are a representative group for young front line brokers which is part of the Irish Brokers Association (now Brokers Ireland). She is a former Council member of the IBA. Her focus includes representing broker interests on a national level, introducing new products to the market in Ireland and encouraging professionalism and development in the Irish market.Jane is married to Colm McGrath and they have 2 children.
