As an ex NHS worker good patient/client care & experience remains at the heart of everything I do Away from the corporate world my other passion is travel and travelling smarter. I have been able to do this by joining the travel industry working with 2 affiliated companies, working with trusted partners and an incredible community of likeminded people. I love to network and learn from others as well as mentoring others to develop whether that’s in the health and social sector. As a previous Senior Manager at Northern Care Alliance NHS Group I have a strong background and over 15 years operational experience I have overseen a diverse number of services including the elective orthopaedics, urgent care, women’s & children’s, anaesthetics, theatres, critical care, outpatient, pre-op, and pain services. With over 24 years of experience in the NHS, I started with a clinical background in physiotherapy and a passion for improving the quality and efficiency of patient care.I have led and transformed services in various clinical areas, including diagnostics, surgery, medicine, and women's and children's divisions. I have demonstrated skills in service delivery, leadership, financial management, and performance delivery. I have also collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to implement change management and quality improvement initiatives.
