Within this role I was responsible for ensuring strict adherence to company processes and legal compliance. My responsibilities are broken down into the following areas:-Health & Safety: Developing risk assessments and safe operating processes, liaising with the H&S depot representative, developing a positive culture across all shifts 7 days a week, analysing accident trends – personal and vehicle Transport: Legal compliance to ensure the Operators Licence is not jeopardised, continually reviewing tacho graph, driving hours, MOTs and servicing, accident reporting across 80+ vehicles a mix of company owned and franchise 3.5tn and 7.5 tnH.R: Recruiting of new staff to comply with all legal requirements, ensuring that the quality of staff is in sync with the company ethicsSecurity: Reviewing customer claims, tracking “hot spots” for lost parcels, ensuring quality and quantity of searches to reduce losses.Internal Quality & Audit Department: Ensuring processes are followed t maintain our ISO9001 standard and overseeing that all interactions – by phone, e mail and face to face, are of the highest quality keeping the customer at the focal point of everything that we do.

I began my time at AAH Enterprise as Customer Service Supervisor, after 5 years I moved into the warehouse taking charge of several departments including Order Processing, Dispatch, Returns and Goods In before taking on the Night Shift Manager role. During my time here my responsibilities included Health & Safety, achieving KPI's, Project Management, quality and procedural monitoring

I first worked in the newly opened Stoke Depot as a Depot Administrator. Here my role involved accurate reporting of financial data on a weekly basis, inputting the payroll and offering full administrative support. I was asked to join the HR Department in October 2001 where my remit was to set up better defined recruitment procedures and an on line Resourcing system as well as running a team of recruitment administrators

My role here began as a Pharmacy Supervisor at Biddulph. Here I was involved in all aspects of store operations I was also trained new supervisors before they joined their base branch.Following from this I went to work for the Pharmacy Head Office as an OTC Buyer. Following a restructure I went on to be a Buyer for the grocery division at Wythenshawe.
