Receive new customer specification, if could follow customer requirements, update the internal documentations for internal to implement them; if these requirements from customer are difficult to follow or out of the capability of our company, need to feed back these comments to customer for further communication. Per this Job, I konw about the whole process of PCB manufacture, from the Copper foil cutting to inner layer/outer layer manufacture to the surface finish to final outgoing. And have deep recognize about the quality management in the manufacture industry. For implement customer requirement, could not have the tolerance out of the requirement. Implement customer software test requirement. For these test software which was temporary changed, do the test in time then consolidate and feed back these test data to customer for further analyze and improment. For these test software which were decided to use, update to the correct version, and make a record, for internal to implement the correct test software version. By the work at Flextronics, I learned the whole process of mobile phone manufature. From the SMT to test to assembling to final packing, I have a clear understand. During the test procedure, I familar with the RF test knowledge.
