I designed and managed recruitment and assessment campaigns for a range of clients - mainly for senior roles. I advised a Local Authority on a number of issues, including how to develop innovation within the workplace. I also worked in a major outsourcing company, advising them on the structure of some of their operations. I have worked supporting some major recruitment and selection campaigns, and have worked supporting a major graduate recruiter for FTSE 100 companies.

I was responsible for managing many of the major client relationships such as British Airways, BAA, London Fire and Rescue Services and Essex County Council. I was responsible for the development and delivery of HR services, mainly recruitment, to stretching service level agreements. My team often worked as an outsourced provider and had to deliver work to a very high standard. I was responsible for managing teams delivering work on client sites, as well as within the company.

I was involved in several projects including developing a new appraisal system for the organisation and developing and running assessment centres to promote senior managers. I became the Team Leader of the Equal Opportunities Team and managed a team of 6, and had to work with a network of HR staff around the country.
