CurrentResponsible for the programme and change management supporting the relocation of 850 employees to our new headoffice in Brook Green.Primary interface between the project delivery team and the business to ensure all business and cultural needs were met in the design and delivery of the new office. Recruited and led a team of 'enthusiasts' to influence the fit out design and deliver a space that aligned to the company culture and values. Responsible for the change and communications programme to educate and embed our new Work Place Principles, including flexible ways of working, in the new office.Owned the move communications programme to engage and inform stakeholders at all stages of the move and the following settling in period, ensuring expectations were set and everyone knew what was happening when.
