I am a senior Programme and Change Manager with experience across multiple sectors and departments. I have a proven track record as a leader with a strong understanding of business operations and managing change as a result of restructures and new initiatives.I worked as a Client and New Business Director for over 10 years in the Retail, Finance and Telecoms sectors before moving into Project and Change management.
