Current• Updating and improving a website of over 16,000 products (OpenCart and more recently Wordpress/WooCommerce)• Designing graphics for web and print using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Canva • Producing and editing informative industry videos on Adobe Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro• Developing online marketing campaigns to drive relevant traffic to specific geo zones• Utilising analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points• Overseeing Google AdWords campaigns • Analysis of online marketing via Google analytics• Creating engaging and informative website copy for customers in the Fire & Security industry - SEO optimised• Creating strategies for web based marketing – including, but not limited to; social media channels, email marketing campaigns and industry publications• Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on these insights• Executing split testing and conversion tests on multiple marketing campaigns• Brainstorming and implementing creative growth strategies• Analysing and monitoring B2B marketing campaigns
