The experience gained throughout my career to date working in various branded and non-branded restaurants has allowed me to continually improve, develop and refine my approach to restaurant management. These experiences have provided me with exposure to numerous diverse and challenging environments which has aided the development of my interpersonal skills and my ability to remain calm under pressure maintaining a clear focus whilst never diminishing my desire to be successful.
