CurrentMs. Dillon has over 9 years of planning and document preparation experience for public and private sector projects. This experience involves a variety of tasks related to the preparation and management of environmental documents, including Technical Reports, Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Assessments, and Categorical Exclusions. Ms. Dillon has prepared documents pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act, for transportation, renewable energy, development and redevelopment, and infrastructure improvement projects. Ms. Dillon has prepared Hazardous Waste Initial Site Assessments for the State Route 1 Climbing Lane Project and Mission Avenue Widening Project, prepared public services and utilities analyses for various Environmental Impact Reports, prepared Environmental Assessments for the Cities of Anaheim and Culver City, and has compiled California Department of Fish and Wildlife Section 1602, Regional Water Quality Control Board Section 401, United States Army Corps of Engineers Section 404, and California Coastal Commission Coastal Development Permits.
