• Manage all facets of the company’s participation in regulatory market conduct examinations by assisting the business units with examiner requests and coordinating the exchange of company responses and data to ensure they are both timely and appropriate. • Monitor regulatory and legislative changes impacting the company’s operations and coordinate the efforts of multiple departments to ensure appropriate action is implemented in a compliant and timely manner.• Assist in the analysis of the company’s regulatory compliance posture and the development of control recommendations.• Serve as the company’s sole Complaint Coordinator by overseeing the in-take process of approximately 500 consumer complaints per year.
