Engaged as one of the key members of the South East Water regulatory team that helped develop the customer research and engagement programme for the 2015 to 2020 business plan process; developed and produced the content for the separate retail and wholesale business plans submitted to Ofwat; and acts as the principal strategic communications interface with the Company's independent Customer Challenge Group.
