I develop the way in which individuals and groups lead and manage, face complex challenges, and improve results. With 20+ years’ experience in the field of learning and development, I have held senior leadership roles at FTSE 100 and Multinational organisations in the Financial Service and FMCG industries. At the heart of each of these roles was aligning organisational objectives with individual performance to deliver real improvement in results.
