• Worked with company president to design and open first ever US Hanro boutique in the Meatpacking District of New York City in January 2013• Assisted in vetting of architecture firm and responsible for all design elements including custom fixtures, mannequins and props• Created a complete store assortment of both basic and fashion items with projected first year sales of $750k and responsible for its creative and marketing efforts • Hired and trained (4) sales staff and Store Manager direct-reports to create a highly personalized luxury experience for our customers • Managed team of (12) direct-report Merchandise Coordinators across the United States - covering 6 major department store accounts for Hanro of Switzerland and Pretty Polly/House of Holland Hosiery and $14 million in annual sales• Recruited, hired and trained (7) new Merchandise Coordinators to the field team in key markets, consolidating territories for efficiency and increasing visit frequency to high volume doors.
