I began with Free People in 2021 as an Assistant Store Manager of the brand-new FP Movement store in Washington, DC.Prior to Free People, I developed my professional foundation in both HR + Talent Development as a Manager for a world-renowned Internship Program and later as a Recruiter. I gained invaluable experience in payroll administration, benefits and employee metric reporting, as well as compensation analysis. I shaped the candidate + employee lifecycle from sourcing talent, implementing authentic & sincere recruitment strategies, and crafting meaningful relationships with candidates from applicant to alumni status.In my career, I am deeply passionate about fostering growth opportunities for those around me & the organizations I serve.
