Fundraising And Project Management ConsultantJane Newman Projects Apr 2016 - PresentFreelance - London And UkI am an experienced and successful fundraiser, having secured a £4.92m grant from Heritage Lottery Fund. I devised and delivered a Fundraising Strategy and Action Plan for a charitable Trust and local authority working in partnership to restore a Grade I Listed building and contemporary art gallery. I develop relationships with potential funders; write funding applications; and act as mentor/reviewer for others. Based on this success, I have recently become a freelance consultant specialising in fundraising for capital projects in the heritage and cultural sector. I am working with the Gunnersbury Park and Museum Development Trust to raise funds for the Museum. With the Trust I am part of a regeneration partnership group including Historic England, working on project viability for the Small Mansion and Stables on the heritage at risk register.Recently completed a project with Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre raising funds towards an exciting £3m new rehearsal studio and kitchens. Furthermore, I am working with a small local charity revenue fundraising for youth activities.I can add financial and creative value to make your project happen.
