Commercial attorney engaged in transactional practice, focused on operations and asset management for BP Wind’s U.S. operating wind energy projects, and team leader for 5 person legal team supporting BP’s alternative energy businesses. Provide legal guidance and counsel to BP Wind’s commercial lead team. Prior to BP’s termination of renewables development in 2013, supported development and construction of all of BP Wind’s 15 operating wind farms, and the closing of over $1.2 billion in partner equity transactions and approximately $2 billion in non-recourse project financings.
