Best known as the world’s largest and most experienced independent SAP HR/Payroll specialist, designing, building and implementing Cloud-based, hybrid and on-premises HR/Payroll systems for large, complex multinational corporations.

Collaboratively worked with internal departments to redesign the 2014 private exchange product portfolio using multiple resources including market intelligence, health care reform law requirements and target consumer segmentation tactics creating competitive and diverse plan offerings. Participated in strategic meetings with C-Suite, internal departments and external vendors related to health care reform, marketing, sales communication strategies and client retention tools. Worked closely with Regulatory and Compliance in educating staff on health care reform laws, interpretations, and implications.

Managed client benefit packages including consulting in consumer driven health plans, strategic wellness campaigns, and ensured regulatory compliance for large employer groups. Extensive project planning and management aligning third party vendors, carriers, and clients ensuring successful renewal and open enrollment.

Developed group communication materials for client open enrollment including benefit summaries and employee brochures. Investigated claim issues and facilitated claim resolutions with clients, employees and carriers. Conducted open enrollment meetings for small and large group employers.

Managed business operations including payroll, commissions, human resources, and office management. Worked with individual, small, and large group employers in all capacities - cold calls to prospective clients, developed consultative selling presentations, gathered competitive data via RFP process with carriers, led group implementations, held open enrollment meetings, and ongoing client management.

Attracted applicants by placing advertisements, using job sites and contacted recruiters. Consulted with hiring managers on staffing, recruitment policies and compensation guidelines.
