I've been fortunate since 1977 to have worked both in the corporate arena with IBM and O.C. Tanner and also experienced the understanding that being an entrepreneur offers having created and managed Red's Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream in Salt Lake City. I feel that it has given me the knowledge in understanding how business works, what it takes to build a business, how to motivate and work with people of all ages, education and backgrounds. One of the most satisfying parts is having the opportunity to work with teams and understand a client's needs and to be able to offer them solutions in accomplishing their goals. Meeting executives of many of the country's large and small companies and presenting to them in cities everywhere was satisfying and interesting. I enjoy the comraderie of motivated, interesting and fun people in a work environment.
