* Create and implement an aquatic therapy programme and adjust as needed.* Deliver an exercise based programme and adjust and adapt as needed.* Aid client in homework activities and scholarly exercises.* Aid client in basic needs such as feeding, transference.* Deliver a recreational therapeutic programme on a daily basis.* Train and supervise new assistants.

* To encourage social inclusion within the college setting * Provide personal care for a person in a wheelchair* Provide academic help including but not limited to taking notes and research* Aid with feeding and all other care issues

• Create and deliver a water-based development and enrichment programme for children with behavioural difficulties, communication difficulties, intellectual disabilities and/or from underprivileged backgrounds as well as adapt and monitor any existing programmes.• To delegate and develop links with outside groups and link them with the program.• To act as a resource for information and advice for all employees, service users and other individuals and groups.• To provide training and facilitation to waterfront staff and each employee of the rules, safety and procedures of the waterfront. To direct and train waterfront staff of how to implement and teach the program.• To prepare reports and files involved in the management of the waterfront programme.

To develop individualised session plans for children with a variety of disabilitiesTo provide assistance to physiotherapists on both land and in the waterTo oversee the progress of individuals and adjust programmes as neededTo engage with outside community groups and aid them in a hydrotherapy settingTo supervise all sessions in the pool and aid groups accordingly

To develop existing and new activities that teach swimming techniques To provide supervision and leadership to the fellow instructors working at waterfront. To coordinate swimming programmes, camp programmes, out of camp day-trips.To work with fellow counsellors to create fun and educational activities for children.To act as a parental figure during the day and night for the children designated to me.To develop children’s social and physical skills using water and group activities.
