Supporting GP's with clinical observation and assessment. Working independently in managing my own clinics for Chronic Diseases such as COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, weight management, smoking cessation, wound care and carrying out diagnostics such as 12 lead ECG's, blood pressure monitoring, venapuncture and urinalysis. Supporting Clinicians in minor surgery.Non clinical duties, supporting practice manager to maintain QOF framework and Dr Foster. Sole responsibility for producing policies and procedure's for nursing and support staff to maintain best practice. Practice coordinator for the Gold Service Framework and end of life care, liaising with relevant palliative agencies. Joint responsibility with manager in the recruitment and continued development of non clinical staff.
