Jane comes from a diverse professional background. She spent thirteen years working on medical units and in surgery at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee. During that time she gained experience working with adolescents and their families in crisis. During her time at St. Aemilian, Inc., in Milwaukee she was a child and family therapist working with the juvenile court system. At Horizon Health Management she was program director of an inpatient mental health unit. Jane’s other experience includes: St. Aemilian’s Residential Treatment Center Foster Home and training at the Hazelden Foundation for chemical dependency.From 1989-2005, Jane was Senior Vice President of Health Management Center. In that capacity she provided clinical supervision, office management, marketing and client relations in the Midwest and eastern regions. She has been a presenter at the Western Conference of Operating Engineers in Portland and Dallas, the International Teamsters Women’s Conference in Las Vegas, and the International Foundation Meeting in Vancouver. Jane is a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin –Milwaukee to Graduate classes in Clinical Social Work.Currently Jane serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations for HMC HealthWorks. In this role Jane is responsible for coordination of Clinical programs, protocols and program evaluations for clinical content. Marketing, account management and client relations are also included in her job description.
