Whether it be with regards to data purchasing, enhancements of their own data, lead generation, etc if it is possible then I can help.I pride myself on good customer service, one of my pet hates is rude people who are not willing to supply good customer service and go above and beyond for their customers. Good customer service always works and I know this as I have been working with some of my clients for over 10 years and we have a great relationship. Show less

After moving from the South to the North, I was employed by Qbase Direct who were previously a client of mine from my previous role at Lloyd James.I was employed to set up, head up and lead the data provision side of the business, which was a new chapter for myself after previously working in data management. After leaving my previous employment which I had been at since I left school, I started working with Lloyd James on a part time basis to cover maternity leave.This was a totally different industry to my previous employment and if I am totally honest an industry I knew very little about.I was employed in the list management side of the business, which allowed me to establish very good relationships with the data owners, many of whom I worked with for the entire time I was in the… Show more After leaving my previous employment which I had been at since I left school, I started working with Lloyd James on a part time basis to cover maternity leave.This was a totally different industry to my previous employment and if I am totally honest an industry I knew very little about.I was employed in the list management side of the business, which allowed me to establish very good relationships with the data owners, many of whom I worked with for the entire time I was in the role.This was a totally different time with regards to data and it was more about data sales rather than the clever "stuff" we can do now with regards to enhancements and analysis and using this information to be more targetted on behalf of clients. I joined ASC Consultants after leaving school at 17 as an office junior. Within the 16 years of working here i worked in various departments including the secretarial pool working my way up to PA for the joint owner of the business.This was a very different time in the work place. As a PA your days are never the same and can be very challenging.
