Non-profit sector representative in the development of user interface design and reporting for Plan Sponsor Webstation® and NetBenefits®, Fidelity’s online systems for the 401(k) market.

Director of Operations Service Development for Fidelity’s non-profit retirement business. Managed five business analysts responsible for key operations initiatives. Developed metrics to evaluate successful implementation of new systems and procedures. (1996-97)Service Installation Manager: Supervised three analysts responsible for the maintenance of all plan rules used to process client transactions. Business analyst for redesign of Online Plan Profile used by Fidelity’s telephone representatives to service customers. (1995)

Managed the business analysis and design of an on-line Executive Information System (EIS) for Fidelity Retail Group senior management, encompassing the Retail organization and over 300 users. (Through December, 1994) Determined critical factors driving business unit revenues and expenses. Designed graphical reporting packages to summarize complex information for senior management. Re-engineered and automated data gathering and reporting processes. Provided consolidated month-end reporting for the retail organization (over 30 business units). Excellence in Finance Award, 4th Quarter, 1993 awarded for outstanding achievement in the Fidelity Finance Organization. "People's Choice" award for best exhibit at 1994 Fidelity Finance Tech Fair.
