I worked as a Learning Designer and LMS Administrator on the Learning Design Team at Catalyst Education (RTO) for over 1.5 years. As a learning designer, I built, uploaded and managed online assessments and learning content within the Axcelerate Learning Management System (LMS). I also maintained quality control checking, hyperlinking, and digital asset management of document and image libraries across multiple courses and platforms. As an LMS administrator, I worked on technical aspects of maintaining course content across multiple repositories. This included the administration of back-end settings, maintaining learning plans in testing and production stages, updating of course offers, and uploading of eLearning material.Both types of work required intense focus with a high attention to detail within a busy workload environment, with multiple courses and deadlines. I enjoyed exercising creativity, problem solving, trouble shooting, helping others, and learning more skills.I have an excellent work ethic, and I thrive on investigating, researching, and problem-solving various issues, and am passionate about coming up with practical, and useful ideas for the use of multimedia.

At POLC, I trained both individuals, and groups in a wide range of digital literacy skills, hardware devices, and software applications.I facilitated training sessions based on the Be Connected program, as well as individualized sessions, including technical support, using BYOD Apple, Android and Windows devices. I also designed, created and produced instructional course content using my own digital devices, software, stock and other resources in a creative and engaging manner.During 2020's COVID lockdown, I converted course content to online training and used Zoom extensively to run various online courses, and individual sessions. I also conducted tutorials and trained others in how to use Zoom.I created coursework for a customized Practical Graphics course that I designed to train adults in the fundamentals of graphic design at pre-accredited training levels.
