About Jane Cattermole

Jane worked as a PA to senior management for 20 years before setting up Bay Tree VA in 2008. Since that time it has gone on to become a multi-VA, award-winning business. In 2021 Bay Tree VA was chosen as part of the Eastern Daily Press's 'Future 50' - identifying companies that display exceptional potential for growth and are 'ones to watch'. Previously in 2014, Jane was recognised by the national VA industry as 'VA of the Year - England' and has now become a speaker and judge at industry events. Jane is an active member of the local business community, having served as Vice Chairman/Director of Menta - the Suffolk Enterprise Agency, Committee Member of Suffolk Institute of Directors and as part of the Steering Committee for the Ipswich Suffolk Business Club.
