Client Services Manager
CurrentI responsible for coordinating the client experience from her first appointment through her employment and self-sufficiency. I coaches clients, manages referral agency relationships and oversee the database and program reports. Duties include:• Overseeing the client's experiences at Dress for Success, assuring a smooth and effective and simple transition between programs.• Perform client welcome appointments to assess client’s needs and provide career coaching to help them attain employment. • Works with Front Desk on scheduling clients to assure coverage of individual introductory appointments• Designs and oversees the collection and reporting of statistics; runs reports• Oversees the installation of a new database which will track the entire client experience and meet the needs of all programs.• Participates in managing Career Center volunteers• Oversees agency relations (including orientation, communication, billing) and carries a portfolio of referring agencies• Manages Career Center interns
