These included Buying and Merchandising Director, Marketing Director and Commercial Director, plus responsibilities as Deputy MD. I expanded the product portfolio, increased market share and gross profit margin enhancement, expanded and developed the direct marketing approach and launched an ECMOD award winning new catalogue into a different market segment.My role allowed me to champion the company through successful IIP accreditation and 3 reassessments, instigated and managed the full implementation of a new company wide IT system. Prior to her time at Morley's, Jane also worked with a multi-national Lighting and Electronics Company and a leading high street retailer.
