My professional experience covers just about every form of market research practice; but for the last 20 years, I have been dedicated to the practice and understanding of Customer and Brand Experience metrics - which is understood through mystery shopping, auditing, and customer loyalty solutions.Progressive organizations are coming to understand that part of their brand identity will be formed around responsible environmental initiatives. It's also a huge passion of mine, hence I recently also co-founded Grove Carbon to support clients and organizations in becoming carbon neutral. I provide my clients with a deep and thorough understanding of how their Brand Promise is delivered through all customer touch-points. I know how to design programs that are able to deliver accountability, action, and performance improvement; which ultimately drives increased revenue and bottom-line. I also know how to make your program more efficient and more insightful by applying a scientific research-based approach to all aspects of a program. My personal goal?
