I’m a people person, a doer, happiest working in marketing and client relationship roles, and getting to grips with anything that gets in the way of delivering the best possible experience to either internal and/or external clients. My background is in business development and marketing and the raft of activities related to this field. I have plenty of experience of brand development and elevation in a range of sectors and my track record shows that I am conscientious, commercial, practical and extremely positive.I have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and I am great facilitator. During the nineties, I created, managed and marketed Itex Education, which grew to become the most successful and profitable IT training company in the Channel Islands. As well as developing and promoting courses I ensured everything was delivered on time and within budget. I am really proud of the reputation it gained and the contribution it made to the business and the brand. In 2004 I moved to Switzerland and project managed the acquisition of ABN Trust for Equity Trust (now TMF) and the implementation of a new document management system. I delivered user training for all staff before moving to New World Trust where I acted as PA to the CEO while also managing internal projects and client events. In 2008 on returning to Jersey I joined the C5 Alliance Group, starting out as Client Relationship and Office Manager and becoming Marketing and Communications Manager for the Group two years later. Following a number of acquisitions the business was repositioned and rebranded and I was immersed in managing creative agencies, PR, advertising, website content management, internal communications, social media and managing both events and the company’s CSR commitments. As a direct result, C5 won 2014’s Jersey Awards for Enterprise ‘Large Enterprise’ category and ‘Enterprise of the Year’.More recently I have been employed to manage internal communications, CSR and charitable events for BNP Paribas, and at Aztec, I supported the Marketing team with internal communications and recruitment marketing campaigns.
