Kier Living Ltd is a leading house builder with 400 employees which builds, maintains and renews the places where people live, work and play. I lead on the commercially focussed people plans aligned to business strategy for 2 regions (Eastern and Northern) There are 240 employees, of which 50% are office based in technical, commercial, land & planning, and customer service roles. The remaining 50% of staff are site-based in construction or sales roles. In addition I also have access to group business support functions including Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE), Finance, IT, HR and Communications.

Kier Infrastructure & Overseas - Leads on a range of major and complex infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK and internationally, including nuclear, hotels, power stations, tunnelling and rail infrastructure. Kier Property - Operates through the UK, delivering retail, industrial, offices, leisure and mixed-use residential and unlocks potential and create spaces for opportunity. In Kier Infrastructure, I co-led on people plans for 1400 employees aligned to business strategy. Approximately 150 managers in the UK and overseas. Managed a team of Advisors, Administrators and a Recruiter.In Kier Property, I led on the people plans for 100 employees, including introduction of a tailored competency-based performance management system, and instrumental with the implementation of a graduate recruitment programme to recruit new talent.
