Facilitator between Sales/Recruiting (S/R) and the administration on various levels includingbut not limited to:• Approvals• Consultant Care escalation• Client Travel – client travel policy , visa coordination• Contract coordination and documenting of client requirements/process for on-boarding, timeentry and invoicing.• Escalation point for consultant time entry issues• Escalation point for A/R• Interface for DCC• Analysts interface for “House account”* some current accounts would include Xerox, Metlife,MBNA, J&J, DIR, Motorola, Modis/Amex, Exxon Mobil, Shell• Client interface - contractual issues -insurance renewals, contract addendums, processupdates etc.• Client interface –Staff related – extensions, performance issues, terms, reviews etc.• Consultant Care resource - since no salesperson is assigned/working these accounts• Escalation for time entry issues from ASO• A/R escalation• Oversight of Client reporting• Redeployment Interface for RSS and sales and recruiting• Responsible for staff webpage
