I have been running my own consultancy, Jane Kettle Consulting, for 13 years now. I am happy now to be working with Simon Williams at Service Insights Ltd. where I am focusing on customer satisfaction and service improvement.Recent clients include: the Association of Colleges, the Centre for Partnerships, the Chartered Institute of Housing, CHOBE, the Higher Education Academy, the Landscape Institute, Skills for Health, Staffordshire University, University College of Estate Management and the University of Bradford.
