Assumed various roles under CEO, including sales associate, head of operations in back of house, office manager, and assistant to the CEO for both personal and business duties. The business functions I performed included scheduling appointments, answering phones/emails, and handling general office tasks; managing and overseeing operations of simultaneous projects in workshop at any given time; initiating and carrying out sales; and providing friendly, efficient, and thoughtful customer support to clients. I also tutored CEO’s children daily in middle school math and English.

As an instructor, I demonstrate exercises and guide clients through class using hands-on and verbal adjustments to help them achieve a better mind-body connection for a more effective workout. I also work at the front desk answering phones and questions, selling clients memberships, resolving client or studio issues, and communicating concerns to my studio owners.

As the assistant to the CEO, I preformed regular office duties, like answering phones, setting up meetings, coordinating travel, scheduling and organizing the office. Additionally, I helped select and specify products for several multi-family projects. I also handled legal matters, personal and family matters for the CEO as well as help specify products for her own home.

Instruct and assist clients through an intense 40 minute workout involving high intensity cardio, strength exercises and mobility work. Each 40-minute session incorporates bodyweight strength movements and uses special equipment, including resistance bands and straps similar to TRX bands.
