I am a human resource consultant and speaker with a keen interest in telecommuter team recognition and motivation. I have worked with groups of 500+ telecommuters whose positions range from clerks to medical language specialists to medical coders to software engineers to sales teams. Each day, I am excited to be telecommuting with a very talented executive management team providing leadership within Amphion Medical Solutions, Madison, WI. Amphion provides innovative coding, transcription, and software solutions to the healthcare community throughout the U.S. Many of us have worked together for more than 20 years’ coaching, growing and stretching alongside this industry. Early career venues for me included acute care, home health, and education.I believe in tapping into team creativity to manage the “invisible employee.” We all keep “The Golden Rule” as our guiding principle.
