As a Deputy Marshal Corporal at Fulton County, I have been serving and protecting the community for over 13 years, applying my knowledge and skills in criminal justice, law enforcement, and public safety. I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in my role, and to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with my colleagues and partners.One of my core competencies and passions is training and development, which I have demonstrated through my involvement as an instructor in various courses such as community policing & crime prevention, interpersonal communication, inmates rights, mental illness, crisis intervention and substance abuse, and ethics and professionalism. I have supported the development and implementation of curricula and activities that promote academic achievement, personal growth, and career readiness. As a Field Training Officer, I have also mentored and coached students and peers on various topics, such as Officer safety, situational awareness, report writing, problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
