Assist the Financial Accounts Manager in the daily operation of Accounts Receivable. Send weekly reports to CEO for executive meetings, developed a system for credit references and applications for new customers. Process purchase requisitions for payable purposes. Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Operate office equipment which includes computer, copier, fax and postage machine and credit card terminal.
