• Stock managing at the BOH, i.e. scanning, unpacking and investigating • Reaching my monthly sales KPI and target by giving the best customer service• Manage and resolve customer issues, by updating clients after sales• Partner with the management team and instore trainer to ensure the team is up to date with the after sale polices.
