This October I will have 8 years of call center experience. This includes the areas of (tier 2 support, phone representative, training subject matter expert, recruiting, and team lead/ management). I have been in a leadership manager role for 6 of those years. I have experience and skills in developing agents, organization skills, time management, business review presentations, analyzing data, coaching behaviors, quartile management, shift scheduling and staffing, KPI management, and client and customer Relations. (and much more)I also serve part time as a realtor in east Tennessee! I enjoy collaborating with other members in my community to come together for a greater cause.
