Built a new team responsible for root cause analysis of defect reporting and trending in mortgage operations. This included closing the gap between classroom training and tactical application in day to day operations. In addition, the team was integrated into each of four channels – Wholesale, Direct to Consumer, Distributed Retail, and Correspondent – to do side by side observations for identification of process improvements, communication through huddle routines to provide consistent messaging, and making sure that the front-line associates had the resources they need to do their job effectively.

Recruited to lead a team of Project Managers in implementing initiatives aligning with the company’s strategic vision for the future. This effort included process workflow changes designed for the soon to be implemented new Loan Origination System and other new technology. A key focus involves system updates to support a more streamlined and efficient process. While rapidly off-shoring duties on a new system, coordinated and led efforts to implement multiple processes using offshore vendor contractors. Successful in implementation by maintaining strong communication cadence, understanding cultural differences, and staying close to the project through completion.
