I maintain, fix, and write new testing automation using C# and Playwright as the framework. Our tests hit both back end API's as well as front end UI testing. I create automated tests that ensure that our product is ready for each new patch release and ensure that basic functionality is working correctly. I also continue to do manual testing and create automated tests and test cases that incorporate new functionality to our product, ensuring that we are as bug free as possible before each and every release.

I write automation tests using Selenium and C# to run UI automation checks against our software. I also manually test new features and bugs that come through from our development team. We use Jira to pass stories along a story board and follow a kanban process. I have also written a few internal tools using C# to help make the day to day business for our QA team a bit more smooth.

I create and edit documents in a programming language called DTML that was developed by our internal team. We ensure that documents will print correctly and add logic to automatically fill out the documents with the information that is uploaded through our software to the clients loan and write the code to give eSign functionality to the PDF. We ensure that the documents will always print the way that the client needs them to print and that they look professional. All of the documents are coded in this language and ran through a print engine to ensure their professional appearance.

I ensure that our internal applications are running efficiently. I am also our SharePoint admin, our Microsoft Dynamics CRM admin, and am in charge of setting up and maintaining our Network Performance Analyzer and System Application Monitoring software, SolarWinds, is showing us what we need to see. I setup and maintain all of our internal applications and control access to each of these. I also make customizations to our SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and am the administrator over them.

I did an internship with Melaleuca on their PMO team, with the responsibilities of helping with QA testing, maintaining and updating the SharePoint site for the PMO team, and developed a dashboard program for the PMO team. This dashboard helps organize all of the projects that are being worked on and displays easy to read and informative charts to help executives to be able to see where the projects are standing.
