Focus on IT technical recruiting skill with expertise in research and sourcing feature.Experienced in the full cycle recruiting process, including recruiting demand analysis, job Analysis creation, sourcing, interview scheduling, offering, Background check and PO management.

Responsible for：* the end to end recruiting process, mainly help on the sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, on-boarding and Background Investigation process.* Utilizing the local job board like 51job, Zhilian and Liepin for candidates sourcing;* Focusing on inspection, verification, testing and certification roles in various industry.* Cold Calling to reach out the passive candidates.
